A detective case

Sudoktive

The puzzles are not a break from the investigation. They are the investigation.

A body in a study locked from the inside. A chart showing a bay that does not exist. Solve a grid, pull a thread, and watch the board open up.

The board

Photographs, pinned and strung

Your case is a corkboard. Every lead is a photograph held by a brass pin, joined to the others by red string. Solve one and the leads behind it come out of the dark — some threads run parallel for a while, then reconverge on a deduction you cannot reach until you have worked more than one angle.

Nothing arrives in order, and nothing is handed to you.

The puzzles

Graded by what a solve actually needs

Counting givens is a poor measure of difficulty — a grid with forty clues can be harder than one with thirty. So the puzzles here are sorted by the techniques a solve genuinely requires, checked offline before they ever ship, and drawn by band rather than fixed per lead. Replay a node and you get a fresh grid.

Difficulty climbs as the case tightens: a first lead you can read at a glance, an endgame that will hold you.

What it isn't

No noise

  • No advertising, anywhere.
  • No energy meters, no lives, no waiting to play.
  • No countdown pushing you to buy your way past a grid.
  • No account, no sign-in, no data collected about you.

The first case is free. The second is one purchase, and it stays yours.
