I paid for a case and it's still locked

Open the locked case and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the panel. That asks the App Store for your receipt directly and unlocks anything you already own.

If it still won't unlock, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with — a purchase belongs to the account, not the device.

I got a new phone. Do I have to buy the case again?

No. Sign in with the same Apple Account, install Sudoktive, open the locked case and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are permanent and carry across every device on your account.

Story progress is a separate thing — it lives on the device, so a new phone starts the board fresh.

Will an update erase my progress?

No. Updating from the App Store replaces the app but leaves its data alone. Solved leads and your board stay exactly where they were.

Deleting the app does erase progress, and that can't be recovered — but your purchases can always be restored.

I want to replay a case from the start

Open the case and tap the button in the board header, or press and hold the case on the main list. Either way you'll be asked to confirm first.

Starting over clears solved puzzles and revealed scenes. It never affects a case you paid for — that stays yours.

A puzzle looks impossible

Every grid ships with exactly one solution, verified before release, and each is solvable by logic alone — you never have to guess. If a grid seems to have no way forward, check for a duplicated digit in a row, column or box: one wrong entry early on can make a solvable grid look broken.

Tap Erase on a cell you're unsure about, or use Notes to keep candidates visible while you work.

The artwork won't load

Case art is fetched over the network the first time you open a case, then cached on the device. On a weak connection an image may be slow or fall back to a placeholder; reopening the case with a working connection loads it properly.

The puzzles and the story text always work offline — only the illustrations need a connection.

I'd like a refund

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We have no way to issue one on our side.
